Elena joined Luther Lanard after three years practicing as a litigator, representing business owners in actions involving intellectual property rights (patents and trademarks), theft of trade secrets, fraudulent transfers, and contractual disputes. This experience taught Elena how to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a case and work closely with clients to develop a legal strategy.
During law school Elena was an active member of several student organizations and served as president of the International Law Society and legal directory for Bocconi University’s student radio station. While at UCLA, Elena became involved with UCLA’s Women in Law organization and currently volunteers her time as an alumni mentor for UCLA students who are approaching graduation and seek guidance on how to enter the professional field and further their career.
When not at the office, Elena loves spending time outdoors, skiing, hiking, and enjoying the Southern California beaches.
