Samm Caselli is a franchise attorney based in Colorado. She works with franchise owners and operators who need steady guidance as they navigate agreements, system changes, and day-to-day challenges within their businesses. With years of experience across both in-house and private practice roles, she approaches her work with a focus on practicality, clarity, and helping clients understand what their options really look like.
Her practice centers on supporting franchisees through matters tied to franchise relationships and ongoing business operations. In practice, that can mean helping clients think through transitions, compliance questions, or internal issues that affect how their business runs. Clients often describe working with her as straightforward and thoughtful. She takes the time to explain things clearly, checks assumptions, and makes sure clients feel prepared rather than rushed into decisions.
Before joining Luther Lanard PC, Samm built a career that blended advocacy, employment law, and in-house franchise experience. She earned her law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law after completing her undergraduate studies at Sam Houston State University. Early in her career, she represented low-income clients and worked on juvenile justice issues, which shaped how she approaches problem solving today. She later focused on employment matters before serving as Assistant General Counsel for a national quick-service restaurant franchise. Working inside a franchisor gave her a close look at how franchise systems function across operations, marketing, and internal teams, and how decisions made at the corporate level affect owners on the ground.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors in the Colorado mountains with her husband and young son.
