Omeed Mahrouyan is an associate attorney at Luther Lanard, P.C., where he represents franchisees in disputes with franchisors and on transactional matters. His practice spans franchise law, litigation, transactional, and intellectual property issues. Before joining the firm, Omeed represented corporations in business disputes in both state and federal courts. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall and the Honorable André Birotte Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He also managed the patent and trademark portfolio of a multibillion-dollar consumer company and represented biotech companies in patent infringement matters.
