Nathalie graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and she received her Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School. She is licensed to practice law in both New York and Florida.

Nathalie has over 20 years of legal experience in commercial transactions (with a particular focus on large-scale real estate transactions).

She grew up in New York and currently lives in Miami, Florida. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
