His background includes extensive trial advocacy, case management, and risk evaluation, with a proven record of securing favorable outcomes.
Throughout his career, Mark has served as lead trial counsel, in-house counsel, and business advisor, successfully managing high-volume litigation dockets and negotiating complex contracts. He has tried cases to verdict, secured favorable settlements, and advised corporations on compliance, risk management, and strategic growth. As President and CEO of Resolve Mediation & Arbitration, Mark applies his expertise as a certified mediator to help individuals and businesses resolve disputes efficiently and fairly. Known for his integrity, strategic advocacy, and practical solutions, Mark is committed to protecting client interests while fostering resolution and collaboration.
Mark lives in the mountains of Colorado with his wife of almost thirty years, his disabled son, and his three dogs where they enjoy exploring the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

- He has a passion for music, collects vinyl records, and plays guitar. Although he isn’t a talented musician, he enjoys just being part of it.
