Krystina received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. Krystina’s tenure at the University of Miami School of Law was marked by her active involvement in various organizations, such as the Business Law Society. Krystina was also a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Society. Her educational journey was further enriched by several internships, including the esteemed U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Scholars Program. These experiences laid a solid foundation for her subsequent legal career, shaping her into the accomplished professional she is today.
Prior to joining the firm, Krystina served as a corporate generalist, navigating a wide spectrum of business matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions to addressing diverse challenges impacting corporate entities. While Krystina predominantly focuses her practice on business related matters, Krystina has also represented a broad range of clients from individuals to some of the largest companies in the country and the world before state and federal courts in complex litigation matters, including breach of contract disputes, business tort disputes, trademark disputes, real estate disputes, and more. Leveraging this unique blend of litigation and business experience, Krystina employs a creative, solutions-oriented approach in guiding clients through sophisticated business transactions as well as pre-litigation disputes.
Krystina is licensed to practice law in both the District of Columbia and Florida.
